30-Day Window
We offer a 30-day refund period from the date of purchase. After this time, we can’t provide refunds or exchanges.

Before Requesting a Refund
Our support team is here to help! If you’re having issues with your software, please reach out to us first. We can often solve problems quickly, saving you time and hassle.

Eligibility for Refunds

  • Digital products must be unused and unactivated.
  • You’ll need to sign a Non-Use Declaration for digital items.
  • We require proof of purchase (like your receipt or order number).

Partial Refunds
In some cases, we may offer partial refunds if the product has been used or activated.

Refund Process

  1. Email us at service@keymingle.com with your refund request and order details.
  2. We’ll send you a Non-Use Declaration to complete.
  3. Once received, we’ll process your refund within 48 hours.
  4. Refunds typically appear in your account within 5-7 business days.

Order Cancellation

  • You can cancel within 1 hour of placing your order through your confirmation email.
  • For cancellations after 1 hour, please contact us at service@keymingle.com.
